The most powerful and unique aspect of our approach, is that you are seen as whole and complete already, with gifts of joy and happiness waiting to be unwrapped. If you are not yet fully experiencing and embracing this truth then our purpose together is to guide and empower you to release all that blocks and resists your liberation and to ultimately free the Giftedness and Greatness within you.
This is the good news! That you already at least halfway to your goal the minute you take the step to contact us, and commit to an Empowerment Plan. There is nothing at all missing, or absent within you. In fact, you are whole and complete, just as you are. And yet, still, you are just not happy. So the question arises, why aren't you happy (if it is all inside)? The answer is, you are feeling the need to block and/or sabotage this truth! Oh yes, this is quite true. Yes, you have your reasons, and you are being absolutely "right" about these reasons, and it is all taking place without your full awareness. Once made clear and conscious, you can decide for yourself if you wish to continue in this way or to try a different way.
Once it is clear what is creating the issue that has caused you to feel blocked, held back, and even at the mercy of your self sabotage, you can choose whether you would like to change your situation. Our approach gently encourages you to "release your brakes" (even if it is just a little), because "You can't move forward with your foot on the brake"! We then offer you the guidance, and support, encouagement and assistance that is necessary to do just that...to release your brakes and release yourself to your greater and higher truth.
This can prove challenging and sometimes frightening. This is the nature of change, especially personal change, and that is why we are there to bring an element of ease and grace to your growth. If it were easy you would and all of us would already have accomplished these shifts. We understand the challenges this can present. We wish to support you to grow, heal, energize and become inspirationally aware of your inner strengths and gifts. We achieve this by providing a basic, simple, positive, safe and supportive space, listening to your concerns, and by customizing a unique Empowerment Plan for you.
THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED :
1. CONTACT US: through setting up a brief Introductory appointment.
This you wil do either by phone at 604-454-8252, or sending an email request for an appointment to jfsiam@shaw.ca requesting that we contact you to set up an appointment. We are usually able to respond within 48 hours. If it is an urgent request please specify that in your phone message or email.
2. INTRODUCTION: you will then be contacted and an appointment will be set up for a brief online introduction using the Internet.
A time will be agreed upon for us to connect online with you through Skype, Messenger, or other form of face to face connection. This is so you can share what is really on your mind, what is bothering you, and where you feel challenged in your life.
There is, of course, no charge for this online introductory session and it offers a no risk, no cost opportunity to directly connect with your Empowerment Guide and see if it is right for you.
3. EMPOWERMENT PLAN: You will then set up a no-obligation planning appointment
This will be the appointment to proceed with your first online 30 minute session, and will establish a basis for your Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP). This is exactly where we would like to support, empower and guide you through to a true breaktrough to your success, and liberation.
This process typically offers you the easiest, simplest and most non-threatening way to begin to explore your path to freedom without further obligation to anyone but yourself.

James F. Shea, B.A., M.A., CHT. is a B.C. Therapist, Counselor and Consultant, in business and private practice in Vancouver, B.C. He serves, at present, as the Director of the Quantum Empowerment Institute, where he offers both individual and group programs in the area of Transpersonal Empowerment. His lectures, workshops and seminars have proven powerfully inspirational and transformative, and James has become acknowledged for his Vision and skills developed over more than four decades. His eclectic approach draws on a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology with more advanced research in the area of Psycho-Spiritual Awakening being carried out at Centers in London, England and in San Francisco, USA. James has also been Board certified as a Hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapy. In addition to his counseling practice, and his involvement in the Institute, James was involved for almost two decades with the Provincial Government in the establishment and support of alternative residential learning environments for the developmentally challenged. The very heart and soul, the essential core of all that is referred to as our Quantum Empowerment Guiding remains the care and skill of our guides.
